Recommended dosage

Take 1 capsule (12 mg vitamin B6 in the form of PLP) daily with 200 ml of water and a meal. Note: Not suitable for children.

vitamin B6
The recommended daily intake of vitamin B6 varies according to region and population group. The European Union recommends a daily intake of 1.4 mg for adults, while in the United States 1.3-2.0 mg is recommended depending on age and gender. However, some studies suggest that a higher intake may be beneficial for certain groups, such as pregnant women or people with certain medical conditions, for whom the daily requirement could be between 2.0 and 10.0 mg. Overdosing should be avoided as excessive doses over 100 mg per day can lead to neuropathy.
